The Netherlands Donor Feces Bank provides FMT and covers all the Netherlands and is based in Leiden University Medical Center.

Centre for faecal microbiota transplantation (CEFTA)
CEFTA is based in Aarhus University Hospital, Aarhus, Denmark, and conducts donor recruitment, donor screening, procurement and storage and release of faeces donations for human application, as well as clinical application and patient follow-up. https://cefta.au.dk

European Helicobacter & Microbiota Study Group (EHMSG)
EHMSG is a specialist member society under United European Gastroenterology, registered in Austria as a non-profit organization. Founded in 1987, it is one of the oldest scientitic societies in the field of gastroenterology. EHMSG comprises a multidisciplinary group composed of one representative from most countries of the European Union. The group also includes emeritus and honorary members, as well as corresponding fellows.

United European Gastroenterology (UEG)
UEG is the umbrella organisation for gastroenterology in Europe. UEG was formally established in 1992 with the first UEG Week hosted by the Hellenic Society of Gastroenterology under the leadership of Constantine Arvanitakis in Athens in 1992. UEG hosts the annual UEG Week.

Pharmabiotic Research Institute (PRI)
PRI is the European Microbiome Regulatory Science Expertise Center, created in 2010 to support the development and registration of therapeutic and diagnostic products emerging from microbiome science. PRI works to educate and contribute to the conditions of success for future medicinal innovations emerging from microbiome science, and our ultimate objective is to see these therapeutic innovations achieve EU marketing authorization, thereby giving European patients access to registered microbiome-based medicinal products or validated diagnostics.
