About EurFMT
The European Faecal Microbiota Transplantation Network of academics
Intestinal microbiota is a substance of human origin (SoHO), used for faecal microbiota transplantation (FMT). FMT is conducted throughout Europe as a standard medical therapy.
EurFMT is an international organisation that brings together experts in FMT and microbiota therapies.
EurFMT is affiliated with European Helicobacter & Microbiota Study Group (EHMSG), https://www.ehmsg.org, under United European Gastroenterology (UEG), https://ueg.eu
Join the network
EurFMT unites European academics working with intestinal microbiota as a substance of human origin (SoHO) and with faecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) as a medical therapy. The network is open to academics who are involved or interested in implementing FMT.
The aim of The European Academic FMT Network (EurFMT Network) is to strengthen the implementation and use of FMT in clinical practice and research.
Membership may be requested via e-mail to the network coordinator. The email should contain a brief motivation for inclusion in the network and a CV. A membership is personal.
